Weekly Engagement Drawings

SPONSOR. These drawings are sponsored by Saltshaker (“Sponsor”). Questions may be directed to Sponsor via the official Saltshaker Discord community.

ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Participants outside the United States may be eligible at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; international participants are encouraged to reach out via the Saltshaker Discord or Subreddit prior to the drawing to confirm eligibility and arrange prize delivery. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

PROMOTION PERIOD. The promotion runs from 12:00 AM UTC on May 3, 2026 through 11:59 PM UTC on June 27, 2026, divided into eight (8) weekly periods. Each weekly period begins at 12:00 AM UTC Sunday and ends at 11:59 PM UTC the following Saturday, as described in the Prize Calendar above.

HOW TO ENTER — TOP 5 POOL (CONTEST, SKILL-BASED). To be eligible for the Top 5 pool, participants must earn points during a weekly period by using a competitive plugin with Saltshaker running and connected to a room. Only competitive plugin sessions count toward points; passive plugins do not. Points are calculated and awarded automatically; no additional entry action is required beyond normal use. Only one (1) Saltshaker account per person is permitted. Use of multiple accounts for the purpose of inflating point totals is grounds for immediate disqualification from all current and future periods of the promotion.

HOW TO ENTER — LOTTERY POOL (SWEEPSTAKES, CHANCE-BASED). Any participant who earns at least one (1) point during a weekly period is automatically entered in that week’s lottery drawing with no further action required. Saltshaker is free to download and use; no purchase is necessary to earn points or to be entered in the lottery.

PRIZES. Each weekly period distributes two independent pools:

• Top 5 Pool: Pre-Season (Weeks 1–4): $25 USD total per week. Main Season (Weeks 5–8): $100 USD total per week. Distributed proportionally (whole-dollar, remainder redistributed downward by rank) among the five (5) highest point-earners.
• Lottery Pool: Pre-Season (Weeks 1–4): $25 USD per week. Main Season (Weeks 5–8): $100 USD per week. Awarded in full to one (1) winner selected by weighted random draw conducted live on twitch.tv/fkribs.
• June Grand Tournament (June 28 stream only): $100 USD (1st place), $75 USD (2nd place), $25 USD (3rd place). Tournament prizes are independent of and do not affect the weekly drawing pools.

Approximate total prize value for the full promotion period: up to $1,400 USD.

PRIZE LIMITATIONS. A participant may not receive prizes from both the Top 5 pool and the Lottery pool in the same weekly period. If a Top 5 point-earner is selected as the lottery winner, that individual receives the lottery prize only. The Top 5 pool is then recalculated with the next-highest eligible participant filling the vacated position. No individual may receive more than one prize type per weekly period.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION. Top 5 pool winners are determined by final point standings at the close of each weekly period. The lottery winner is selected via a weighted random draw conducted live on twitch.tv/fkribs each Sunday. All winners are notified via the email address on their Saltshaker account within forty-eight (48) hours of the applicable drawing stream. Winners must confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within the response period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

TAXES. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by winners. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more in a single calendar year may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 or other applicable tax documentation prior to receiving their prize, as required by law.

ODDS. Odds of winning the Lottery pool depend on the participant’s point total relative to the combined points of all participants in that weekly period. Odds of receiving a Top 5 pool share depend on the participant’s rank and point total relative to the top five (5) participants. Odds of winning Grand Tournament prizes depend on individual in-game performance.

DISQUALIFICATION. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who: (a) uses multiple accounts or automated tools to inflate point totals; (b) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; (c) violates these Official Rules; or (d) acts in bad faith or in a manner intended to undermine the fairness of the promotion. Any attempt to manipulate results through artificial or illegitimate means will result in permanent disqualification. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, point totals, and prize awards are final and binding.

RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, technical malfunctions, network outages, or any other errors that may affect the administration of this promotion.

PRIVACY. Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is used solely for administration and prize fulfillment and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

GOVERNING LAW. This promotion is governed by the laws of the state in which the Sponsor is domiciled, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

SPONSOR’S DECISIONS FINAL. All decisions by the Sponsor regarding interpretation of these rules and administration of the promotion are final and binding on all participants.
